IT-service delivery lead

The role aims to ensure that IT service delivery and operations work smoothly


  • Responsible for operations/service delivery within a geographic and/or IT service delivery area. This means that you take lead in planning, documenting, analyzing/troubleshooting, controlling, improving and delivering the services (end to end) within your area.
  • Take a leading role in the implementation of new systems and technologies

  • work with dilemmas and prioritize accordingly 

To execute our IT strategies Archer has a dedicated team of IT professionals and leverage IT outsourcing / 3rd party vendors.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ITIL certification or equivalent preferred
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Fluency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Communication to IT and non-IT audience
  • Vendor management experience - both performance and relational
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in similar roles in international organizations
